Job Description
Lead and manage the two-wheeler sales function to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets.
Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team across showrooms/territories.
Handle team building activities including recruitment, onboarding, and skill development of sales executives.
Drive team management through daily reviews, target allocation, performance tracking, and motivation.
Design and implement effective sales strategies to boost market share and customer acquisition.
Ensure structured sales process implementation, including lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Coordinate closely with the OEM for stock planning, schemes, and target alignment.
Maintain strong interaction with OEM representatives for pricing, promotions, and new model launches.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales and pricing strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction, dealership compliance, and smooth coordination between sales, finance, and after-sales teams.
