Accountant – Taxation, Compliance & Accounts

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.

Handle GST registration, returns, reconciliation and compliance.

Prepare and coordinate ITR filing for the company and related entities/clients.

Handle TDS, payments, returns and reconciliations.

Prepare financial statements, ledgers, trial balances and MIS reports.

Manage MCA/ROC statutory compliance and coordinate with professionals wherever required.

Handle company, LLP, partnership firm and other business registrations.

Assist with new company incorporation and amendments/changes in registrations.

Maintain statutory records and compliance calendars.

Coordinate with CA, auditor, banks, GST authorities, MCA and other statutory authorities.

Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and avoid penalties/late fees.

Handle GST, TDS and other tax reconciliations.

Assist in audit preparation and provide required schedules/documents to auditors.

Maintain proper documentation of all statutory filings and certificates.

Monitor upcoming compliance deadlines and ensure timely action.

Support management with financial and tax-related reports whenever required.
