Job Description

Main purpose: Call the client's customers and generate leads/appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls according to the campaign script.
  • Explain products/services professionally.
  • Identify interested customers.
  • Qualify leads according to client requirements.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Record every call outcome.
  • Follow up with interested prospects.
  • Meet daily call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.
