Job Description
Job Role:
Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and administration of the residential community to ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG, STP/WTP, and fire safety systems.
- Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, and common area maintenance.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and facility staff.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency response activities.
- Maintain asset records, AMCs, and service documentation.
- Support the Residents' Welfare Association (RWA) or Apartment Owners Association (AOA) in facility-related matters.
