📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Sourcing and screening candidates specifically for Picker & Packer roles across warehouse and dark store locations
• Bulk hiring and high-volume candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and local networks
• Cold calling, initial screening, and driving candidate walk-ins
• Coordinating interview schedules and managing bulk onboarding documentation
• Maintaining daily recruitment trackers and Excel reports
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for warehouse staffing
