About the Internship

Doxon Digital OPC Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling / Customer Support Interns to join our growing team.

This internship is a practical opportunity for freshers to learn customer communication, lead generation, telecalling, appointment setting, CRM handling, and basic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned customers/leads.

Explain products and services professionally.

Follow approved calling scripts and company guidelines.

Identify interested and qualified customers.

Follow up with potential customers.

Schedule appointments where required.

Record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.

Maintain daily calling and performance reports.

Meet assigned daily and monthly targets.

Escalate customer issues to the supervisor when required.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

10th / 12th Pass, Diploma or Graduate.

Freshers are welcome.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Hindi/Telugu/English communication is preferred.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

No prior call centre experience required.
