About the RoleSJCS Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs to college students at engineering colleges and educational institutions.

The trainer will be responsible for travelling to colleges, conducting classroom training, workshops, hands-on sessions, and technical seminars on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud Computing, and related IT domains.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical training sessions for college students at client/college locations.
• Travel to colleges and deliver classroom-based training and workshops.
• Train students through practical examples, demonstrations, exercises, and hands-on projects.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project work.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, bootcamps, and technical awareness sessions.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.
• Guide students in real-world projects and industry-oriented applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the SJCS Technologies training team and college coordinators.
• Maintain professional communication with college management, faculty, TPOs, and students.
• Provide feedback on student performance and training effectiveness.

• Hands-on knowledge of industry tools and technologies.
• Ability to create practical exercises and project-based learning.
• Willingness to travel to colleges for training assignments.
• Ability to conduct both beginner-level and advanced-level sessions.
• Preferred QualificationsB.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / MBA (IT) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer / Technical Trainer / Faculty / Industry Trainer is preferred.
• Experience in conducting college training programs, workshops, CRT programs, or technical bootcamps will be an added advantage.
