Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
- Process and validate vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.
- Prepare customer invoices and related documentations for domestic as well export shipments
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor receivables and support collections.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and finance projects.
- Supports special projects on as needed basis
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP (Tally preferred)/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Primarily office-based role in Hyderabad.
- Occasional travel is required.
