Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation & Sales Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.

 Consultative Selling Understand the academic goals of students and parents, and provide personalized product recommendations.

 Revenue Growth Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.

 Customer Relationship Management Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

 Negotiation & Closing Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively.
