Ayathana is currently seeking a Draftsman who is proficient in both Civil drafting to support Design projects. The ideal candidate(s) should be capable of developing and coordinating drawings that integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and shop drawings.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Working Drawings.

• Prepare Civil drawings (mainly civil drawings e.g. Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, Sections).
• Develop coordinated layout plans based on design input from Architect teams.
• Create detailed section and construction details.
• Revise and update drawings as per site conditions and Architect feedback.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide support during construction for as-built updates and revisions.
•  Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 months of experience in civil drafting (preferably for commercial projects).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is a strong advantage.
• BTech or Diploma or equivalent Degree in Civil. 
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines (Architectural, civil execution).
• Understanding of local construction practices and relevant building codes.
• Experience preparing coordinated drawings for design-build projects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely delivery.
