Automobile Sales Executive

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telephonic calls, digital channels, and market research.

Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals to customers.

Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, and payments.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Stores, Accounts, and other internal departments for smooth order execution.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, orders, and collections.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Follow up for pending payments and support the organization in collection efforts.

Participate in exhibitions, customer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements
