Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Field Collection Team.
  • Assign daily locations and collection targets to field executives.
  • Monitor team performance, visits, follow-ups, and collections.
  • Guide team members on customer handling and recovery strategies.
  • Conduct regular field reviews and ensure target achievement.
  • Handle escalations and resolve field-related issues.
  • Maintain daily collection and performance reports.
  • Ensure team follows company policies and collection procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Field Collections / Debt Recovery required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
