Job Description:

As an Associate at Dantam Dental Clinics, you will play a vital role in providing health services, will collaborate closely with our team of dentists, specialists, and support staff to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your expertise in associate dentist will contribute to enhancing the oral health, function, and aesthetics of our patients' smiles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct through patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to determine any dental treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient's oral health conditions, goals, and preferences.
• Perform a wide range of procedures.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists, including oral surgeons, periodontists, and orthodontists,etc.., to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases.
• Utilize advanced dental technology and techniques to achieve optimal treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in dental treatments through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

• BDS (clinical experience )
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Telangana, India.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an general dentist, preferably in a dental clinic or private practice setting.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development.
