You will work on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while learning best practices in modern digital marketing. • Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads ManagementCreate, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives
• Analyze metrics and provide performance reports
• Test different ad variations and audiences
• Google Ads ManagementSet up and manage Google Search and Display campaigns
• Monitor keyword performance and bid strategies
• Optimize landing pages and ad copy for better conversion rates
• Track and analyze Google Analytics data
• WhatsApp MarketingDevelop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Manage customer engagement through WhatsApp Business
• Create messaging strategies and templates
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• General Marketing SupportAssist in content creation for digital channels
• Compile and present campaign performance reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support team with administrative marketing tasks
• Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms
• Platform Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search and Display)
• WhatsApp Business Platform
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a bonus)
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Equipment RequirementsLaptop: Must have a personal laptop or company will provide one
• Minimum specs: 4GB RAM, modern browser support, stable internet connection
• Responsibility for maintaining and securing the device
• Preferred QualificationsCertifications from Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
• Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms
• Portfolio of previous campaigns with metrics and results
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
