Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be the face of the platform on the ground. Your mission is to visit restaurants, explain our disruptive zero-commission platform to restaurant owners, onboard them smoothly, and gather real-time feedback.

This is a target-driven field role where you will drive business growth, overcome merchant pain points with rival apps, and build lasting relationships. Comprehensive training on pitch techniques, product demo, and onboarding workflows will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Visits & Pitching: Conduct field visits to local restaurants, eateries, and food hubs to pitch our unique zero-commission model.

Onboarding & Setup: Educate restaurant owners on how our platform helps them keep menu prices low while maximizing profits and guide them through registration and menu setup.

Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from onboarded merchants regarding platform experience, order fulfillment, and operational support to share with our product team.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly merchant onboarding and menu activation targets.

Market Mapping: Identify key culinary pockets and popular local food joints across your designated territory to maximize merchant coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (prior field sales, merchant onboarding, or direct sales experience is a plus).

·        Must be comfortable communicating in English, Telugu, and Hindi (ability to converse smoothly in local languages is essential for pitching to diverse restaurant owners).

·        Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed assigned field targets.

·        Willingness to travel daily across local food hubs. A personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

·        Comfortable using smartphones and merchant/sales apps for daily reporting and sign-ups.
