Job Description
Sales Executive – Chateau Decor
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join Chateau Decor and drive sales growth across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior professionals.
- Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and market development.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively present Chateau Decor products.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on leads, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, laminates, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
