Field Sales Executive - Solar

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Solar Energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for on-ground sales, generating new leads, and pitching our solar products and solutions to potential customers. Whether you are a fresher looking to start your career in sales or an experienced professional, if you have a drive for sales, we want you!

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Meet with potential B2C and B2B clients to explain the benefits and cost savings of our solar energy solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar product recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the closing and onboarding process.
• Provide regular field sales reports to the management team.
• Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Experience: Open to all (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply). Previous experience in the Energy & Power industry is a plus.
• Language Skills: Basic English and local language proficiency.
• Skills Needed: Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales, SMB sales, or channel sales is advantageous.
• Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable with daily local travel and field meetings. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.
