Summary:
In the role of Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves engaging directly with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge and guidance. This includes understanding project requirements, aligning solutions with industry standards, and ensuring that the design and delivery processes meet client expectations. The role requires active collaboration across various teams to facilitate smooth project execution and to address any challenges that arise during the solution development lifecycle. Continuous interaction with stakeholders ensures that the solutions are both practical and aligned with business objectives, fostering a productive and supportive project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java Standard Edition.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
