Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or Software as a Service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual sets and enforces platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and managing evolving technical landscapes are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain robust and scalable.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles related to packaged and Software as a Service applications.
- Experience in managing integrations and release cycles within complex technical environments.
- Ability to establish and maintain platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive technical decision-making and problem resolution.
