Job Summary

• Role: Picker / Packer (Grocery & Dark Store Operations)
• Nature of Work: In-store / Warehouse operations (No field traveling required)

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Order Picking: Read incoming customer digital orders and collect correct grocery items from store shelves.
• Quality Check: Verify item quality, look for damages, and strictly ensure product expiry dates are valid.
• Scanning & Sorting: Use handheld barcode scanners to update live store inventory systems.
• Packing: Bag or box customer orders safely to avoid spillage or damage during fast transit.
• Stock Management: Assist in unloading fresh shipments, sorting items, and keeping store shelves organized. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Position Breakdown & Salary

1. Full-Time Position

• Work Hours: 9 hours per day (Includes a 1-hour break).
• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week-off).
• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts.
• Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Salary Structure: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 monthly total earnings
• Attendance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 (For 26 days of regular attendance)
• Night Shift Allowance: ~₹1,200 – ₹1,500 per month
• Benefits: PF, ESIC medical insurance, and joining bonuses at select dark stores.

2. Part-Time Position

• Work Hours: 4 to 5 hours per day.
• Shift Timings: Often flexible or fixed peak-hour day shifts.
• Salary Structure: ₹8,500 to ₹10000 monthly (Fixed hourly rate basis).

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th pass or below (Open to all primary school graduates).
• Experience: Freshers are highly welcome; priority is given to candidates with prior quick-commerce experience (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, or Amazon).
• Age Limit: Strictly 18 to 30/32 years.
• Language: Local language fluency; English is not mandatory.
• Mandatory Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a personal bank account passbook/check for payroll setup
