Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst - Central Bank Regulatory Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory reporting within the central banking and financial services domain, with experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting reporting requirements and translating regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and reporting requirements for Central Bank regulatory reports, including new reports, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
Conduct research and benchmarking of regulatory reporting requirements across peer Central Banks and comparable jurisdictions to identify leading practices, reporting standards, data requirements, and opportunities for enhancement.
Prepare benchmarking insights and recommendations to support enhancements to the current MIS reporting and propose new MIS that can be created to support the supervision of the LFIs.
Interpret Central Bank reporting guidelines and translate them into detailed business, functional, data, and reporting requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops with Regulatory Reporting stakeholders.
Perform gap and impact assessments to identify changes required across data sources, business rules, calculations and reporting processes.
Work closely with business, data, and technology teams to clarify requirements and support the implementation of regulatory reporting solutions.
Support UAT with the business against agreed regulatory requirements.
Ensure reporting requirements and documentation adhere to the established regulatory reporting governance and reporting framework.

Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Central Banking, Financial Services, or Regulatory Reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating business reviews and requirement workshops.
Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements for regulatory reporting-based MIS.
Good understanding of Central Bank regulatory reporting, banking data, reporting controls, and reconciliation processes.
Experience in preparing BRDs and functional specifications.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, Data and Technology teams.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, Jira would be advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
