Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful completion of objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program or project activities to meet defined objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring and controlling service level agreements to ensure compliance and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
