Purchase Executive

A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of goods and services needed by a company, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements. This role involves vendor management, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records of purchases

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers. 

Negotiation: Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers. 

Procurement: Processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. 

Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, identifying reorder points, and managing inventory effectively. 

Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost reduction initiatives. 

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. 

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. 

Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs. 

Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, pricing, and product availability.
