Job Description
Main ResponsibilitiesGreeting Visitors: Welcome guests warmly, sign them in, give them visitor badges, and guide them to the right person or room.
Handling Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, take clear messages, and send calls to the correct department.
Managing Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming letters, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail.
Scheduling: Book meeting rooms and help set up appointments or calendars.
Keeping the Area Clean: Ensure the front desk and waiting area stay neat, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
