Role Overview:-

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Contact prospective clients through cold calling using the provided database.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable investment opportunities.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits, office meetings, or Google Meet discussions.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

- Prior experience in Sales or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.

- Minimum Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.

- A valid 4-wheeler driving license is preferred (not mandatory).
