Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing multiple aspects of project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating smooth collaboration across diverse teams to meet project milestones and client expectations. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain high standards of service delivery within a dynamic and evolving security environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security delivery processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align security delivery objectives with broader business strategies.
