Senior Tele Caller

Oaks Overseas Consultancy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Overseas Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, providing detailed information about overseas education and immigration services, and guiding them through the initial stages of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients interested in overseas education or immigration services
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about programs, universities, and visa processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
• Counsel clients on suitable study abroad options based on their profile and preferences
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in overseas education or immigration consultancy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Good knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures (preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecalling or a related role
• Prior experience in overseas consultancy will be an advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
