Head Chef – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, wastage, and food costs.
  • Plan menus and coordinate food preparation.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of South Indian & Hyderabadi cuisine.
  • Experience in handling a busy commercial kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
