Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and understand customer requirements for furniture and interiors.
• Explain products, materials, features, pricing, and warranty.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate within approved pricing limits.
• Convert showroom enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with customers through phone/WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily enquiry and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, architects, interior designers, builders, and local marketing.
• Coordinate with design, production, delivery, and installation teams.
• Ensure customers receive proper updates until order completion.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain showroom display, product presentation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor competitor pricing and local market trends.
• Train and guide junior sales staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of furniture and interior products.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Telugu + Hindi + English communication preferred.
• Experience with modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, mattresses, chairs or home furniture will be an advantage.
