Key Responsibilities
- Solar Panel Systems: Assist in installing, cleaning, and routine checking of photovoltaic (PV) modules, DC/AC wiring, and inverter status. Help track power output drops and handle basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Fire Hydrant Systems: Support the routine testing, pressure checks, valve servicing, and maintenance of fire hydrant lines, pumps, and water storage valves.
- Fire Alarm Systems: Assist in wiring, device mounting (smoke/heat detectors, manual call points, hooters), loop continuity testing, and panel status checks.
- CCTV Camera Systems: Install, configure, and align CCTV cameras (IP/analog), set up DVR/NVR units, manage cabling/networking, and resolve feed or storage issues.
- General Maintenance: Maintain daily logbooks, complete preventive maintenance routines, and assist senior engineers during site handovers or emergency responses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or relevant technical certification.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on technical or field assistance experience in electrical, low-voltage (ELV), or safety systems.
- Core Competencies: Good command of hand/power tools, ability to read technical manuals/wiring blueprints, and basic computer/networking literacy.
- Physical & Field Readiness: Capable of working at heights or in various weather conditions, with a valid driver’s license or readiness for local travel
- The candidate should know earthing installation.
