Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products/services and generate sales enquiries.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Build good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.

Prepare regular updates on lead status and sales performance.
