Job SummaryThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations for FABO’s franchise network, ensuring timely availability and dispatch of machines, chemicals, consumables, uniforms, packaging materials, spare parts, and marketing collateral. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, cost optimization, warehouse safety, and seamless coordination with procurement, logistics, finance, and franchise operations.

• Key Responsibilities1. Inventory ManagementMaintain optimum inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
• Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
• 2. Warehouse OperationsManage inward receipt, quality verification, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chemicals and consumables.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material movement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• 3. Dispatch & LogisticsCoordinate dispatches to franchise stores across India.
• Ensure timely shipment of:
• Laundry machines
• Chemicals
• Packaging materials
• Uniforms
• Spare parts
• Marketing materials
• Track shipments until delivery.
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues.
• 4. ERP & Inventory ControlUpdate all inventory transactions in ERP/Inventory Management System.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain complete traceability of materials.
• Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• 5. Procurement CoordinationCoordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Raise purchase requisitions based on reorder levels.
• Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders.
• Report shortages or quality issues.
• 6. Team ManagementLead warehouse executives, storekeepers, and loading staff.
• Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
• Train staff on SOPs and safety practices.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• 7. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain fire and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• 8. Cost OptimizationMinimize inventory holding costs.
• Reduce damages, losses, and stock variances.
• Improve warehouse productivity and space utilization.
• Optimize freight and transportation costs.
