• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain coffee machines with full technical knowledge.
• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages.
• Create latte art to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare fresh juices and smoothies with attention to taste and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, fruits, and other ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and machine operation.
• Required SkillsProficiency in coffee machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk frothing techniques.
• Creativity and skill in latte art design.
• Ability to prepare fresh juices and smoothies efficiently.
