Job Description & Profile Summary

Job Title: Export Executive / International Business Executive

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month (commensurate with experience)

Department: Export / International Business Development & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and process pre-shipment and post-shipment documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.).

• Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and logistics partners for smooth custom clearance and dispatch.
• 
  
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, bank submission processes, and ensure regulatory compliance (FEMA/DGFT guidelines).
• 
  

2. Export Marketing & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop business opportunities in targeted overseas markets.
• 
  
• Generate leads using B2B platforms , cold emailing, and directory outreach.
• 
  
• Conduct market research on market trends, competitor pricing, import duties, and trade regulations in focus countries.
• 
  

3. Client Communication & Account Management

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international buyers.
• 
  
• Manage end-to-end client communications from initial query to final order dispatch and post-sales support.
• 
  

Required Qualifications & Key Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc) or Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in International Business or Supply Chain.
• 
  
• Experience: 1–4 years in export operations, documentation, and international sales.
• 
  
• Key Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), knowledge of INCOTERMS, and negotiation skills.
