Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing accurately using POS systems
- Manage cash, digital payments, and maintain proper records
- Assist customers with queries and ensure a pleasant experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
- Report daily sales and cash balances
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
