Full Stack Developer Intern

Full Stack Developer InternJob OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications while gaining hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.

The internship will initially begin with a probation and evaluation period. Based on performance, the intern may continue for the remaining internship period with an enhanced stipend structure.

Internship Duration

3–6 Months, depending on performance and project requirements.

Internship & Stipend Structure

• The internship will begin with an initial probation period, during which the intern's technical skills, learning ability, consistency, performance, and overall contribution will be evaluated.
• A minimum stipend will be provided during the initial probation period.
• Upon successful completion of the probation period, the intern may be offered a revised/higher stipend based on performance and contribution.
• The internship will be paid throughout the tenure, including the initial probation period.
• The exact stipend amount and any revision will be determined by the Company based on performance and applicable company policies.
• High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity with Aelyx Pvt. Ltd., subject to performance, business requirements, and the availability of suitable positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing web applications across frontend and backend.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Identify and fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Learn and work with new technologies as required for projects.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of any frontend framework such as React, Angular, Next
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web development concepts.
