Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced, highly resourceful, and self-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to take complete ownership of our brand’s digital footprint. This is a hands-on execution role suited for a problem solver who can drive massive organic growth, design engaging marketing assets, and maximize free/low-cost digital marketing tools without relying on paid ad budgets or requiring day-to-day training and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Social Media Growth: Build and execute end-to-end organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to drive reach, followers, and inbound inquiries.
• Meta Business Suite Management: Handle scheduling, cross-posting, page analytics, audience insights, and unified inbox management independently.
• WhatsApp Marketing & Automation: Manage WhatsApp Business operations, broadcast lists, customer follow-up workflows, and lead funnels using optimal, low-cost utility tools.
• Creative Designing & Content Creation: Independently design high-impact promotional graphics, marketing pamphlets, brochures, social banners, and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Cost-Efficient Marketing: Leverage free business features, community groups, local listings, and creative viral hooks to generate inbound business leads with minimal ad spend.
• Independent Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational hurdles, content bottlenecks, and tool configurations without needing guidance or step-by-step supervision.
