Job Profile:


  • Role level: Core kitchen production
  • Reports to: Unit Manager / Owner
  • Role type: Full-time
  • Ideal background: South Indian hot kitchen / tawa/dosa/idli / chutney / sambar

Job Description:


  • Prepare Prasadam recipes exactly as per brand recipe cards and yield standards
  • Execute breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner production with consistency
  • Maintain batch control, prep lists, FIFO, hygiene and wastage discipline
  • Ensure taste uniformity, portion control and speed of service
  • Coordinate with Helper Chef and service/cashier for rush-hour output
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment handling and closing checklist
  • Support inventory counts and daily production planning


Must-have:


  • 2-6 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of dosa batter handling, chutneys, sambar, tawa operations
  • Good hygiene and shift discipline
