Spare Part Incharge

We are looking for a Spare Parts Incharge to manage day-to-day spare parts store operations, inventory control, and support sales. The role ensures parts availability for service, accurate stock in ERP, and timely delivery to customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities  

1. Inventory & Store Management  

- Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid stock-outs and excess/dead stock

- Receive, verify, and store incoming parts. Raise GRN in ERP

- Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and ensure 98%+ inventory accuracy in ERP - SAP/Tally

- Manage binning, labeling, FIFO, and warehouse housekeeping

2. Sales & Customer Support  

- Attend walk-in customers, dealers, and service team for part requirements

- Provide correct part numbers, compatibility, and alternatives

- Raise invoices, delivery challans, and handle billing

- Support in achieving monthly spare parts sales targets

3. Procurement & Coordination  

- Check stock and raise indent/PO requests to manager

- Follow up with vendors and logistics for pending inward

- Handle warranty claims, core returns, and documentation

4. Reporting & Compliance  

- Prepare daily sales, stock, and aging reports

- Ensure proper data entry in ERP for all inward/outward

- Maintain documentation and follow company SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications  

- Experience: 1 Year in Spare Parts/Store in Auto, 2W/4W, Industrial Equipment, or Machinery sector

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of part numbers, BOM, and product portfolio

- Systems: Basic ERP - SAP/Tally, MS Excel for stock reports

- Skills: Inventory management, Customer handling, Billing, Communication

- Other: Target-driven, Organized, Physically fit for store work
