About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, sharing product information, generating leads, and supporting sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
• Explain jewellery products, offers, pricing, and services clearly.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Generate appointments and encourage customers to visit the store.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/store team for customer follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
