Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Provide regular updates on call activity and sales performance.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
