Customer Chat/Mail and Voice support

Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound chats (at times calls also), and email queries

*Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

*Follow defined SOPs, scripts, and escalation protocols.

*Meet daily/weekly productivity targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).


Requirements:

*Minimum 12 - 24 months of BPO experience in International Process

*Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

*Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
