Field Manager – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the field sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Manage distributor sales, order generation, collections, and market coverage.
• Plan daily field activities and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and distributor network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Ensure timely order booking, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to the sales team.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
• Experience in distributor handling and team management will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with good market knowledge.
