Job Description: Education Counsellor / Telecaller

Salary: 12k - 15k (+Incentives)

Job Responsibilities;

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.
• Counsel students regarding course, admissions, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
• Explain course details and admission procedures clearly.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert prospective enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and motivate students.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in education counselling, tele-calling, sales, or admissions.
