Job Description
Manage and update daily backend data and records.
Prepare professional reports, MIS, and Excel sheets.
Work confidently with Advanced Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting.
Prepare and format professional documents in MS Word.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Coordinate with field teams and internal departments.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Handle data with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Communicate professionally in English through email and other business communication.
