Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

2- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

3- Follow up with leads and existing customers.

4- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.

5- Resolve customer queries and provide support.

6- Generate daily and weekly customer reports.


Requirements:

1- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

2- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

3- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.

4- Organised and detail-oriented approach.

5- Ability to work in a team environment.
