Job Description

.Host live video calls with wholesale clients to showcase our jewellery collections — demonstrating designs, finishes, material quality, and styling options in real time.

.Clearly explain product quality — materials used, durability, plating, and finishing — so buyers feel confident placing bulk orders.

.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new wholesale buyers, retailers, and distributors.

.Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and resolve concerns regarding orders, pricing, and delivery.

.Track client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Share feedback with the product and sourcing team to improve offerings.
