Inside Sales Executive Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for a confident and motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective candidate, understand their goals, explain our training programs, handle queries and objections, and convert qualified leads into registrationa.

This is a sales-focused counselling role where strong communication, follow-up discipline and the ability to build trust with prospective students are essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads generated through website, Meta campaigns, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand the student's background, goals and e-commerce interests.
• Explain training programs, learning approach and marketplace coverage.
• Conduct counselling calls and handle questions related to the program, learning structure and process.
• Identify the most suitable learning option based on the requirements.
• Handle objections related to pricing, value, time commitment and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with interested and pending-payment leads.
• Coordinate thet process and guide leads through the payment process.
• Work toward monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
• Maintain professional communication with every prospect throughout the counselling journey.
• What We're Looking ForExcellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over phone and WhatsApp.
• Previous experience in EdTech, education counselling, inside sales, telesales or B2C sales is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
