Key tasks include managing ISO compliance, leading audits, tracking performance metrics, and resolving process defects to meet customer and regulatory standards.

QMS Management: Design, implement, and update quality policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Auditing: Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external or third-party regulatory inspections.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards like ISO 9001 and local legal or statutory requirements.

Corrective Actions: Investigate customer complaints, analyze process failures, and enforce corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.

Electrical Maintenance- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix faults in AC/DC motors, drives, high/low voltage switchgears, and transformers.

Preventive Maintenance, Break down Maintenance : Run scheduled checks on plant electrical distribution systems to stop costly production downtime.

Automation Support: Inspect and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), sensors, and automated-line instrumentation.

Safety Protocols: Follow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) rules and wear required gear in heavy metal environments.
