Job Description
ऑफिस बॉय / ऑफिस हेल्पर के कार्य:
कार्यालय की सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
कर्मचारियों एवं आगंतुकों को चाय, कॉफी, पानी आदि उपलब्ध कराना।
फाइलों, दस्तावेजों एवं कूरियर का आवागमन सुनिश्चित करना।
फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटिंग एवं स्कैनिंग संबंधी कार्य करना।
स्टेशनरी एवं कार्यालय सामग्री का रखरखाव करना।
मीटिंग रूम की व्यवस्था करना तथा मीटिंग के बाद उसकी सफाई सुनिश्चित करना।
आगंतुकों एवं अतिथियों का स्वागत एवं सहयोग करना।
बैंक, डाकघर एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यालयी कार्यों का निष्पादन करना।
कार्यालय के छोटे-मोटे रखरखाव एवं सहायक कार्यों में सहयोग करना।
प्रबंधन एवं वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य कार्यों का समय पर निष्पादन करना।
